Directions
Now let's make some pancakes. All you need is water! Mix: 4 inch Pancakes: 5-7; Mix: 2/3 cup; Water: 1/2 cup. 4 inch Pancakes: 11-13; Mix: 1-1/3 cups; Water: 1 cup. Make! Combine ingredients. For thinner batter, add more water. For thicker batter, add more mix. Cook over medium-high heat on a greased skillet. Flip once, and serve. Prefer Waffles? For six-to-eight 4 inch waffles, blend: 1 cup mix, 3/4 cup water, and 1-1/2 tbsp. oil. Cook according to waffle iron instructions.
