Directions
Use chia seeds as an egg substitute: 1 egg replacement = 1 tbsp chia seeds and 3 tbsp water. Grind chia seeds into a meal and mix with water. Allow to sit for 5 - 10 minutes or until it takes on a textures similar to raw egg yolk. Gel recipe: Use 1/3 cup of Chia seeds to 2 cups water or juice to create gel to mix with drinks or use in cooking. Keep refrigerated.
