Directions Now let's make some pancakes. All you need is water! To make 6-7 4 inch pancakes mix 3/4 cup mix with 2/3 cup water. To make 12-14 4 inch pancakes mix 1-1/2 cups mix with 1-1/3 cups water. Make! Mix. Batter will be thin at first. Let it sit for a few minutes to thicken. Cook over medium heat on a lightly greased skillet, flip once, and serve when golden brown. Prefer waffles? To make seven-to-nine 4 inch waffles, blend: 1 cup mix, 3/4 cup water, and 1-1/3 tbsp oil (we suggest coconut oil). Cook according to waffle iron instructions.
