Marinade and Seasoning, Beef
This marinade and seasoning was made on the Spade L Ranch specifically for their tri-tip beef barbecues. Excellent marinade and seasoning for tri-tips, roasts and steaks. Terrific seasoning for beef stews. For recipes and other information www.spadelranch.com.
Salt, Sugar, Black Pepper, Spices, Herbs, Monosodium Glutamate, Garlic, and Natural Hickory Seasoning.
Directions
For Beef: Use 1 to 2 tablespoons seasoning per lb of meat. Place seasoning in bowl. Wet meat with water and roll meat in bowl until covered with seasoning. Cook immediately or marinade in the refrigerator 1 to 24 hours. Barbecue, roast or broil as desired. Steaks are best when quickly seared over high heat to seal in juices. Reduce heat to prevent burning and cook to desired doneness. For Beef Stews: Use approx 2 tablespoons of seasoning for each quart of stew.
