Directions
For best results heat to an internal temperature of 140 degrees F. Heating Instructions: Remove ham steak from packaging. BBQ/Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Lightly grease grill. Place ham steak(s) on grill and heat for 4-5 minutes turning occasionally. Pan Fry: Place in a non-stick or lightly greased frying pan over medium heat. Heat for 5 minutes, turning over half way through heating time.
Not preserved. Keep refrigerated below 40 degrees F at all times.
