Ingredients: 1 box (12 oz) Traditional Stuffing; 1 cup (2 sticks) butter or margarine (For Light Recipe, reduce butter or margarine to 1/4 cup and increase broth or water 1/4 cup); 1 cup onion, diced 1/4 inches; 1 cup celery, diced 1/4 inches; 1-1/2 cups chicken broth or water (For reduced sodium, use unsalted butter and reduced sodium chicken broth or water). Oven Casserole Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Spray a 9 inch x 13 inch (3 qt) casserole dish with non-stick spray. 3. In a large (5 qt) sauce pan, melt butter on medium heat. Add vegetables and saute until translucent. Remove from heat. 4. Add stuffing mix and gradually stir in chicken broth or water. For a richer stuffing, add a well beaten egg and mix thoroughly. 5.
