Directions
Cooking Directions 3 Easy Steps: (1) Mix 5 Tbsp. of LA Chicken Fry Batter Mix in 1/2 cup of ice cold water. Dip chicken into batter. (2) Coat chicken in remaining dry LA Chicken Fry Batter Mix. (3) Deep fry chicken at 350 degrees F until internal temperature is 165 degrees F and until golden brown. 9 oz. of LA Chicken Fry Batter Mix coats approximately 3-4 lbs. of chicken.
